Data deletion

You can ask us to delete your Shadow account information and the messages and connected-account data we hold for you. Email legal@imshadow.com with “Shadow data deletion request” in the subject. Tell us which email address or WhatsApp number you used with Shadow. Please do not include passwords, access tokens, or message contents in your request.

We will verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting data. We will disconnect linked accounts, remove information we no longer need, and explain if any records must be kept for security or legal reasons. Disconnecting Google, Slack, or WhatsApp from Shadow does not delete data held by those services; you can manage that data in each provider’s own account settings.
